First time trying them out and fell in love. Even though you order from the kiosk the customer service there was top tier and the establishment was clean. Definitely will be returning soon.

Relatively new to the area (NC), so “RISE” is new to me and I must say that it’s absolutely delicious...the biscuits, the chicken, the grits!! The manager pictured ensured my visit was pleasant, he’s so personable...great sense of humor!! When I think of RISE!!

The place was very clean, friendly staff and the food was to die for! Cassandra was very kind and helped me with my order, since I was a new customer. I'd rate more stars if I could. I definately will be back

Very stable quality of food, employees are friendly and professional, there’s not many places has vegan chicken available, Rise is the best choice for me. More importantly, the corporate improvement is continuous, they value customers feedback, I have couple of times my imperfect experiences at the beginning, one time my coffee cup was forgotten I had to wait and ask, now coffee cups are with food in the window waiting for me, even with a sign to remind it!

First time here and it was awesome. I am a breakfast guy. If I don't want anything else during the day I will eat breakfast. The food was great. Service quick and easy. This will be my go to place everytime 8m in town
